Can I purchase an additional parking pass?

Additional parking passes may be available at the service desk, if capacity allows.

How do I enter my vehicle details if it’s a rental car?

You can select “Pay now and enter vehicle details later”. This allows you to pay for your parking pass and return back to the same link in the future to enter your rental car make, model, and tag before you arrive. You will need to make sure to fill-in these details to register and get a printed parking pass.

I don’t see my vehicle model, what do I do?

If you do not see your vehicle model in the dropdown, simply choose “Other / Not Listed” at the bottom of the dropdown for the vehicle make. The most important thing is to enter your license plate and state correctly.

How do I get my printed parking pass?

Your printed parking pass will be ready at the service desk when you arrive. Be sure to register your vehicle in advance to speed up check-in.

My parking pass arrival and departure dates are not correct. How do I get it fixed?

You need to reach out to your rental company who can update your parking pass stay dates for you.

I need to cancel my trip and have already paid for parking. What do I do?

If your rental company cancelled your reservation, any funds paid for parking passes will be auto-refunded back to your original source of payment. If not, you will need to reach out to your rental company and let them know they need to cancel your parking reservation as well.
